Class Descriptions
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a slower-paced vinyasa that uses mindful movement and breath to allow you to explore poses in depth to deepen your practice. You will build strength and body awareness. This class is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
Vin Yin
Vin Yin starts with an active, slower-paced vinyasa and ends with longer held yin and restorative poses. Expect grounding sun salutations and standing flows in the first half of the class to enliven and warm up the body, then moving into poses that focus on the deep connective tissues. This class will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa uses mindful flowing sequences to move with the breath from pose to pose to build strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for students who are looking for a challenge or to deepen their yoga practice. You will explore your edge and build strength, and leave feeling rejuvenated.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet, reflective, and meditative practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. Asanas are done seated or reclined and held for 3 - 5 minutes. Breath awareness is used to deepen the poses and allow for the release of tension held in the body. This class is suitable for all levels and will leave you refreshed with a renewed, healthy flow of energy.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release uses special mobility tools to apply therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia to allow a deep release of tension stored in the body. Asanas are seated or reclined and held for 3 - 5 minutes. You will leave this class feeling like you had a deep tissue massage. This class is suitable for all levels, and a wonderful compliment to "yang" styles of classes.
Qi-Yoga
Qi-Yoga is a fun, creative style of movement that blends yoga and Qigong (pronounced chee kung), the skillful practice of moving energy through the body for health and well-being. This class is flowing and playful, using traditional yoga poses with the concepts of moving energy (Qi) along the meridians of the body and using acupressure points for self-healing. This class is suitable for all levels. and will leave you will leave feeling energized and refreshed.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga will help you relax, restore, and refresh the body, mind, and spirit through longer-held asanas designed to open the body through passive stretching. The body is supported with blocks, bolsters, and blankets to allow deep relaxation and tension release. This class is for all levels.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, a state in between wakefulness and sleep. A guided meditation takes you into deep relaxation and allows the body and mind to heal. This class is for all levels and will leave you with an overall feeling of peace and calm.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga uses a fabric hammock with traditional yoga poses to give you a different experience of letting go. This class allows you to explore traditional poses in new ways and access challenging poses with the hammock as a prop. You will build stability, flexibility, and balance. This class is fun and appropriate for all levels. No prior aerial yoga experience is necessary.
Children & Teen Yoga
Children and Teen Yoga classes focus on the physical and emotional well-being of children, pre-teens, and teens, using mindful movement to improve body awareness and build positive self-esteem. They will learn to unwind, release stress, improve focus, and build strong, healthy bodies and minds in a non-competitive and nurturing environment.
Team Stretching & Conditioning
Team Stretching and Conditioning with yoga can help your athletes minimize the risk of injury by improving flexibility, balance, and coordination. We can work together to customize a program that is unique to the needs of your athletes. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to all sports, and no prior experience is necessary.

Your group will receive more one-on-one attention than you would in a regular studio class. Suggested small groups include work events, retreats, wedding parties, girls' weekends, family events, and much more,
Pranayama
Pranayama is the practice of regulating the breath through breathing exercises. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control. Pranayama calms the nervous system, increases mindfulness, improves focus and concentration, along with many other health benefits, It can be exercised during yoga practice or meditation.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses healing energy for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes health restoration. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy.” It feels like a soft, warm glow surrounding the body that brings a sense of peacefulness.
