Myofascial Release
Friday, September 12, 2025
@ 7:00 - 8:30 pm
at Port Huron Yoga
This class will use special mobility tools to apply therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia to allow a deep release of tension stored in the body, and a renewed, healthy flow of energy. This class is suitable for all levels and is a wonderful complement to "yang" style of classes. It is beneficial for post-workout recovery, general muscle soreness, and helps with recovering lost mobility. You will leave this class feeling as though you had a deep tissue massage. Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers. Feel free to bring any blankets and pillows to maximize your comfort.
